Outstanding food and a breathtaking deli counter. Tons of polish dessert treats and a great selection of breads as well. Prices are reasonable and they are multi-lingual so everyone from a noob to a native from the old country feels at home.

Holy food! Im obsessed with the selection of ethnic European foods, most I've never heard of and cannot pronounce but they warm your belly On a cold day like my grandmas old cooking. These people must wake up early and get cooking the epic portions of this mini buffet of goodness. My favorite is pork schnitzel, gnocchi, cabbage rolls. They have a huge deli too with endless meats and sausages. Im talking any kind of sausage you could think of. Yum. Just yum. The candy they have there is super good too. Probably because they use real sugar! A little grocery area, frozen section. Very impressive amount of choices. I highly suggest a pop in just to brows a new selection of eats when everything else around here is getting old.

My parents are obsessed with the polish sausage and different pierogis they sell. My family lives 1.5 hours away, and for Christmas I decided to surprise them with food from here, and now they are obsessed and want it all the time lol. Every time I'm coming to visit my mom always wants to send me extra money to get them stuff. I definitely recommend coming here. I will have to give the hot food a try sometime as well, I think their prices are very good and the store is clean. They have a big parking lot.

the Orland Park area is becoming a burgeoning Polish immigrant area I have noticed.. the Gorka deli is a small storefront strip mall with basically lots of stuff crammed in for its space..lots of essentials you would find in a bigger market but it's nice and close to the house the essentials horseradish sausage beets all that good stuff. the immigrant workers at work there are very well versed in the products also for the most part the attitudes are quite good once in a blue moon you might get a crabby one I have in the past but it's no big deal. I came in here just before Easter Sunday needed horseradish we had some sausage at the house but no real good horseradish so I pick some up as how it's going a few other things around that side of town. the hours aren't bad there's a Polish & Slavic credit Union now with 18 locations throughout the Chicago metropolitan area in a 50 mi radius growing.. serving Poles and Eastern European customers. right next door which is also a sign of the time showing that the area is changing over on this part of town especially in the apartments around the area.. and also the post office is right next door..what the Gorka deli has been there for quite a few years in for stuff that if you want in a pension you know what you need it's a good place to go as far as wandering the aisles like a supermarket even though Lasak Market have left the area where used to go there are still some more European in Bavarian import places around the area. otherwise keep up the good work and that's the main thing and the stock there's very good many many selection of real imported products. it does a really good business for a small as it is and they have fresh sandwiches make you on the premises to from the deli if you want. I sometimes enjoy just coming in for a Polish deli meat sandwich called krakowska. very similar to a American summer sausage in a way.. good stuff

Neat little deli/grocery store tailored to the Polish community that is growing in Orland Park. Many items in the store are from Poland and others are favorites from domestic sources. This little store - right next to the U.S. Post Office Retail Outlet - has thrived since locating here a few years ago. So much so that right next door a new Polish and Slavic Credit Union has been built. This is a nice strip mall and is growing with the ethnic foods of the neighborhood. Both of these stores are located right next to the Michael's outlet in Orland Park off of 151st Street - give them all a try.
